We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Almost all orders are shipped within 2 days of placement. Tracking information will be provided in our tracking page. 

To keep it simple, our shipping charges are based only on the total purchase rather than the individual items in the order. The benefit to you is that spare parts, books and other low cost items can be added to your order with only a minimal additional shipping cost. All shipping charges are in USD. Extra weight items will incur additional charges that will appear at checkout.

Shipping charges (USD) to the continental US are as follows:

Example: For an order consisting of 3 items totaling $70, the shipping cost is $3.50 + $6.50 = $10. If you add another item costing $10, the total order is now $80 and the shipping cost is then $4.80 + $5.00 = $9.80. In this case, you would pay less for shipping even though your purchase is $10 more!

For shipping outside the continental US, add (per order):

Canada = +$10
Alaska = +$20
Hawaii = + $20
Puerto Rico = +$5

Return Policy
Aquarium Pumps and More offers a 30-Day money back guarantee on all products. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at support@aqpumps.com. You will receive instructions on how to properly return your order. Unless the order was reported damaged upon arrival, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Note: We CANNOT accept returned items unless they are in their original manufacturer's packaging.

Damaged Goods
If your order appears to be damaged in shipment, keep the product in the original packaging, TAKE PICTURES of the damage (box and product), and email the pictures to us at support@aqpumps.com. In your email, indicate whether you'd like a replacement item shipped to you, or whether you'd prefer a refund.
